Neighborhood Guide
Brickell is an urban neighborhood and is considered the financial district of Miami. It is located in the heart of downtown and is often referred to as the "Manhattan of the South". The majority of the residential buildings found here are upscale high-rises and apartment towers, offering spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline. These towering residential buildings offer a wide variety of amenities including resort style pools, fitness centers, spas and 24hr security.

During the past few years, Brickell has transformed into bustling neighborhood, complete with restaurants, bars, lounges and shopping. The recently opened Mary Brickell Village is the latest shopping district to open and includes a brand new Publix Supermarket along with many other well known restaurants and boutiques.

If you enjoy city life and prefer to live in a upscale high-rise residential building, Brickell is a great option. It is safe and relatively easy to get around. Brickell is less than a 15 minute drive to South Beach and even closer to Key Biscayne.
